Tems and conditions
Please notice that touristic tax (0.72€ /person/night), is not included in the total amount.

Check in takes place in our office, located in Carrer de Floridablanca, 126, Barcelona.

Entrance to the apartment is beyond 15.00h. For arrivals beyond 21:00h there is an extra charge of 25€.

IMPORTANT: In order to properly organize your welcome, it is important to confirm your arrival time 3 days before your check in date. Please notice that it is compulsory to provide ID card for each guest during check in.

The deadline for leaving the apartment is at 11 AM. Keys have to be dropped on the table in the living room. It is not necessary to pass by our office. Apartment must be left in optimal cleaning conditions and without any damage. If this point is not respected, Dailyflats will make use of the damage deposit.

You can leave your baggage in our check in office without extra costs.

Key loss has a charge of 5€.

At Dailyflats we manage during the whoe year two different rates:

Standard rate: Cancellation without cost up to 4 days before arrival. 3 days before, a 20% of the total amount will be charged. Cancellations 24h before or in case of no show, 100% of the amount will be charged. In order to test credit card provided, a 20% of total amount will be charged 15 days before arrival.

Non refundable rate: this rate offers a more econcmic price for our clients. This rate cannot be cancelled or modified, and the total amount of the reservation will be charged at the moment of booking.

Dailyflats provides all security measures required by law. All information about our customers and credit cards is stored and protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocols.

Given the case that the credit card provided by customer was unable to perform the payment, Dailyflats will send an email asking for a new one. If there is no answer to this email within the next three days, Dailyflats will automathically discard and cancel the reservation.

Please notice that all payments made by credit card at our office are liable to a commission:

VISA/MASTERCARD: 3% of amount
AMERICAN EXPRESS: 4% of amount

The first guest in the rental contract is responsible for the appropiate behaviour of the rest of guests. Given the case that this person or his companions misbehave, Dailyflats may evict them without any kind of compensation.

* Any vandalism or misbehaviour, such as throuing things form balconies and windows, is completely forbidden.
* Waste has to be left in containers on street.
* It is not allowed to make any kind of noise that can disturb neighbour’s rest beyond 21h, including but not limited to music, TV, parties or meetings.
* It is not allowed to party in the apartments.
* Pets are allowed with no extra costas (up to 10 kg).
* It is not allowed to smoke within Dailyflats facilities.

Please verify that entrance gate to building is well closed when leaving.

Please verify that door and windows of your apartment are closed when leaving.

Each time you leave the apartment, please move the plastic card away from electric power card holder.

Dailyflats is not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, that may occur from misbehaviour of its guests, including but not limited to fire, burglary, accident or any other harm.
