Where I can pick up the keys?

Key pick-up is in our office at 28 Villarroel Street.

If you are staying in Dailyflats Barcelona Center, your apartment is in the same building as our office.

If you are staying in Dailyflats Raval, your apartment is less than a 5-minute walk from our office.

If you are staying in Dailyflats Gràcia, we will provide you with a taxi completely free of charge from our office to your apartment.

What time can I enter the apartment?

Check-in is from 3:00pm onwards. If you arrive before that time, you can leave your luggage in our office at no additional cost.

If your apartment is ready before 3:00pm, you can enter at no additional cost.

Check-ins after 10:00pm have an additional cost of €25 per apartment.

What time do I have to leave the apartment on check-out day?

You must leave the apartment by 11:00am. If you would like to leave later, please tell Reception and they will inform you of our rates (subject to availability).

Is cleaning of the apartment included in the price?

The final cleaning that is done when you leave the apartment is included in the price. In addition, for stays of 7 or more days your apartment will be cleaned one time every 7 days.

Are sheets and towels included in the price of the apartment?

Yes, sheets and towels are included in the price. If your stay is for 7 or more days, you will have one free cleaning for each 7 days and we will change your sheets and towels at that time at no extra cost.

Are there any other costs that are not part of the booking price?

Please note that the tourist tax of € 2.48 per person (over 16 years) and per night (maximum 7 nights) is not included in the total price.

Also, at check-in you will be asked for a security deposit of €200 and this amount will be blocked in your credit card account.

What do I do if I need help during my stay?

Our office is open from 9:00am to10:00pm and we will be delighted to help you. For help when the office is closed, we will give you a contact number at check-in so that you can contact us in the event of an emergency.

How can I get from the airport to the Dailyflats office?

You have various options to get to our office located at 28 Villarroel Street. If you choose private transport, we recommend you take a taxi right at the airport.

If you would like, you can contact us with your flight details, number of persons and bags, so that we can book an airport transfer for you.

On the other hand, a regular taxi for 4 people will cost about €40, depending on the number of suitcases and the traffic. You are sure to find taxis at the airport.

If you decide to take public transport, we recommend taking the Aerobus and get off at the second stop, “GRAN VIA – URGELL”. From there our office is only a 3-minute walk away. This will cost you approximately €6 per person.

How can I cancel my booking?

If you have booked on our website with a refundable rate, you can cancel in the booking area of our website, or you can contact us by email or telephone: reservas@dailyflats.com +34 934 33 55 77.
