How to Book?

To Make a booking with Dailyflats.com is very easy; 

To search availability of our apartments in any one of our Principal Destinations, you can use the search engine on our home page; select the type of apartment you want, city, bedrooms, and number of guests. When you’ve got everything the way you want it, hit SEARCH. Then our website will begin the mammoth task of searching all the best apartments we have to find you the best apartment available at the price you want to pay!

Once you’ve found an apartment you like from the search results, click “MORE INFO” to see all the information and photos of the apartment (we update our photos regularly to ensure accuracy!). Once you’ve decided you want the apartment, enter your expected arrival time and click calculate price, then click RESERVE NOW! You will then be taken to a secure page to complete the booking.

• Fill in the required details, remembering to keep them accurate so we can contact you before you arrive, click confirm my details.
• To confirm the reservation, we require a prepayment of 20%(plus VAT) of the reservation price payable via Visa or Mastercard or if you prefer to pay using a different type of card (American Express, Diners etc.) you can use PayPal. We use a secure SSL Connection to process the payment and the details of your card are kept secure by our Bank, Banco Sabadell.
• If you don’t have a credit card, don’t worry, you can pay with us via bank transfer (please note that your bank may charge you for this service). We will only accept Bank Transfers if it is for a reservation more than 7 days in advance. Simply click the option to pay by transfer and we will give you the necessary details to complete the transfer. We recommend that you complete the transfer within 24hours of confirming your reservation with us. You must also instruct your bank to make the payment reference as the reservation number which you will be given and the name used for the reservation and send us a receipt for transfer via fax on +34 934 335 470 or via email on booking@dailyflats.com.
• Once you have made the reservation, if you have paid via Visa or MasterCard you will receive your confirmation documents via email (remember to check your Spam Folder just in case!).
• If you have paid by bank transfer, once we have received your fax or email with the receipt and verified that we have received your funds, we will send your confirmation documents via email.
• When your booking is confirmed, we will send the information to your personal check-in assistant who will meet you when you arrive in your destination city, you must make contact with them in advance to provide your arrival time and also call the check-in assistant on the details provided one hour before you arrive in the apartment to avoid unnecessary delays. Remember Check-in usually begins at 3pm depending on the destination, for more information speaks with your check-in manager.
