Subir What I have to do when I arrive to the airport?

We recommend you to contact with the owner to inform of your arrival time and to not let people wait.

Subir Is possible to pay the 75% rest of the reservation with a cheque or by credit card in the arrival time?

No, you can't. The 75% has to be paid in CASH at the arrival time. Remember no cash no check in. If you want to pay by credit card you have to pay before and receive our confirmation.

Subir When I have to contact with the owner?

When you arrive to the destination airport, you have to phone the owner to inform that you are in the airport. If your fly is delayed, you also have to inform this to the owner, because there is somebody waiting you at the time estimated in your reservation.

Subir When I receive the damage deposit?

At the check out time and verify that there is no damage in the apartment. If there is any damage in the apartment suit, the estimated price will be discounted from the damage deposit.

Subir What happens if I loose the apartment key?

You have to inform us immediately to change the lock. Doing this we prevent next robbery incidents.

Subir How do I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel it in our website or calling us: +34 93 435 5577 / +34 699 438 227 from 9:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 19:30.

Remember that the prepayment is non refundable.


- More than 90days before: 20% of the total reservation
- 60-89 days before: 30% of the total reservation
- 30-59 days before: 50% of the total reservation
- Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total reservation

Subir When is my reservation been confirmed?

Your reservation is automatically confirmed when you received our mail confirmation and a sms. The waiting time depends on your credit card confirmation time.

Subir Can I drink the water?

Yes you can. Barcelona's water is clean and you can drink it. But in some areas the taste is not so nice because of the minerals concentration. We recommend you to buy mineral water during your stay.

Subir Who can advise me at my arrival to Barcelona?

Barcelona is a cosmopolitan city and you will find a big infrastructure for the tourism. There are many points of Tourism Information where you are advised about the public transport, museums, guided tours.

Subir Do I need an adapter to use the electrical appliances in the apartments?

For European countries is not necessary the adapter, except United Kingdom. The power is 220v.

Subir What I have to do if anything in the apartment doesn't work or is broken?

You have to inform us immediately to repair it. As soon as you inform us we will repair it and inform you if you have to pay the reparation or not.

Subir Is possible to come more people to the apartment?

No it is impossible. You need our agreement to do it. Only the indicated people is authorised to stay and use the apartment. The number of people in the apartment will never be higher than the indicated in the apartment description. In case of infringe this term we at our sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, without any possible compensation.
