Terms and Conditions
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
We require a deposit to hold your reservation. The amount depends on the apartment you have selected.
You must make a pre payment of 25% of the total reservation by credit card. The pending balance needs to be paid upon arrival. If you prefer, you can pay the total reservation through a bank transfer, bear in mind that the wire costs are on your side, and the amount has to be received in our bank at least one week prior to your arrival.
Please note that Dailyflats will not accept any reservation until we have received the prepayment and you have received a confirmation email.
Credit card details will be taken at check-in. The property reserves the right to charge this card for any damage or missing objects, including keys, which occur during the stay.
PAYMENT
Once we have confirmed the availability of the selected apartment, you must pay 25% of the reservation amount with credit card.
The rest of the amount has to be paid in cash or with credit card upon your arrival date. Bear in mind that you will not be given the keys to the apartment until the full pending balance is paid.
You can also pay the total amount through a bank transfer. In this case a confirmation will be sent to you.
CANCELATIONS
If you cancel a totally paid reservation, there is a charge that will depend on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period and the number of nights selected. The 25% of reservation is non refundable in any case:
Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total balance.
Less than 24 hours or no prior notice: 100% of the total balance.
Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.
In case of reservation changes, we consider it like a new reservation with its own conditions and cancellations costs.
We recommend you to buy a trip cancellation insurance. Any cancellation including force majore, will be subject to our cancellation conditions.
In the circumstance that we can’t offer you the selected apartment, we will relocate you in another apartment with similar characteristics.
If no agreement can be reached, both parties are allowed to cancel the contract. We will refund the amount paid except the part corresponding to the days the apartment was occupied, if this was the case. We will not be liable for further claims by the client.
ARRIVAL
Guests are welcome to check in from 3:00pm on the day of their arrival and are expected to check out by 11:00am on the day of their departure. We will do our best to accommodate any early arrivals or late departures but cannot make any guarantees as our flexibility depends upon other bookings that may have been made for the property.
Please bear in mind that arrivals between 22:00pm and 23:59pm are subject to a mandatory extra charge of 30 € and arrivals between 23:59pm and 08:00am are subject to a mandatory extra charge of 50€. Departures before 08:00am are subject to an extra 30€.
CLEANING
The apartment will be cleaned before the arrival of each guest. We expect our customers to leave the apartment in good conditions, otherwise an extra cleaning fee may be charged.
NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF THE CLIENTS
You have to inform us the number and the identity of the guests included in the reservation. Unless otherwise agreed by us, only the number of persons indicated in the reservation are authorised to enter the apartment. In case this term is infringed, we at our sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, without any possible compensation.
BEHAVIOUR
Upon the arrival our customers are given a document with the rules and the behaviour the people in the apartment have to respect during their staying. In case these rules are not strictly followed, we at our sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment at any time during day or night without any economic compensation.
Please, review the Terms and Conditions, specially considering that disturbances, loud music and parties are totally forbidden. The guests in the apartment are to be aware that if any complaint from neighbours and/or the police is received regarding parties, loud music or any kind of peace disturbance, it can result in an immediate eviction regardless of the time or the day. This can also result in the loss of prepaid rent and refundable damage deposit. Remember that by booking with Dailyflats you have already accepted the Terms and Conditions and will therefore be expected to abide by these rules. You will also be expected to sign these rules at the arrival time.
The quiet time to be respected is from 22.00pm to 10:00am.
We appreciate your collaboration in this point and we hope you understand that these rules are necessary in these apartments because they are situated in residential areas and night rest of other inhabitants must be considered.
LIABILITIES
Dailyflats nor the owner of the apartment are responsible of any direct or indirect damages that may arise as consequence of the use of the apartment by the customer, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fire, robbery or criminal behaviour.
In case of any infringement of the above mentioned obligations, we at our sole discretion will be entitled to request the customer to leave the apartment, and the customer will have no right to claim any kind of compensation.

Every description and information of the apartments is supplied. We try to maintain it actualized, but we will not be responsible for any error or omission that may arise.
Dailyflats reserves the right to change the information in the web site at any time, including prices, conditions, descriptions and photographs.
We give no warranty or representation of the suitability or fitness of any product or service advertised in its web site.
Dailyflats reserves the right to update at any time the Terms and Conditions as may be required and as may be in line with company’s business. By agreeing to use this site, it is implied that any such changes are accepted by any third party and that any such third party undertakes to comply with any such changes.
These Terms and Conditions don’t affect consumer statutory rights.
APARTMENT RULES
Please read carefully the rules of Dailyflats apartments.
As clients, you are expected to respect the apartment rules and the community it belongs to. The apartment may not be used as a party space, but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating and relaxing. Please follow these rules in order to avoid problems. Our main objective is that our clients have a pleasant staying in Barcelona.
Please, don’t smoke inside the apartment. You can smoke in the balcony if there is one, or outside, and please, don’t throw cigarette butts down into the street or patios.
Please, respect the neighbours, they are working people who wake up early everyday to go to their jobs, so please respect them and keep the noise levels low at the building and in the apartment. Parties are strictly forbidden.
Quiet time: Monday-Friday: from 22:00h to 10:00h Saturday-Sunday: from 24:00h to 10:00h
Please, turn off the air conditioning and lights every time you leave the apartment, we try to maintain low prices and save energy.
For your own safety. When you leave the apartment be sure you have closed all windows and doors, and only take what you need for the day. Be aware of pick pocketing.
Please, don’t leave the garbage inside the apartment, you should leave it in the containers on the street, every night from 20:00 to 22:00 and it will be collected by sanitary personnel.
Please, remember that the check out time is up to 11:00h considering that we need to clean the apartment from 11:00 to 15:00h before our next customers arrival. If you need a later check out time, let us to know at your earliest convenience and we will do what’s possible to suit your needs.
Remember to turn off the taps.
Don’t forget to take the key when you leave the apartment. If you lose them or somebody stoles the key you have to inform us immediately. In these cases we have to remove the lock and change it, and you have to support the cost.
Finally, we don’t ask our customers to clean the apartment before they leave, though we do beg them to treat the place as it if where their own. So please, leave it in good conditions.
